We prepare a rich, varied and different breakfast every day. Depending on our inspiration and our harvests, it is composed of fruit or vegetable juices, a selection of fine teas and infusions, old-fashioned hot chocolate, coffees, breads, homemade jams and fresh fruit from the orchard, eggs, cured meats and/or cheese as well as traditional local products.

All our products are homemade, local, fresh, seasonal and we make sure to promote the work of food artisans and winemakers who are passionate about our land. Breakfast is served in our magnificent traditional stone courtyard.
