A connection in respect with nature

La Dolce Valle is 10 hectares of nature on the edge of a protected reserve from where everyone can admire the hills of Ragusa which follow one another as far as the eye can see. The nourishing gardens consist of 3 olive groves, around a hundred fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Organic waste feeds the chickens which in turn produce delicious eggs.

We try to get as close as possible to total autonomy both in terms of food and energy (Water – Electricity).

Living in a natural setting, respecting and connecting with it in order to move towards self-sufficiency is a wonderful challenge!
